Version Date Comment View
Version 5 2010/05/23 Moved elements that are related to computational analysis to Analysis model schema. The following elements and their components have been moved: analysis_input, analysis_output, and algorithm. Structure  Vocabulary
Version 4 2007/11/21 1) Replaced primary_contributor by submitter. 2) recording_location is no longer a superclass. It now contains neural_structure_or_anatomy, cytoarchitectural_area, recording_layer, cell_type, and a choice of receptive_field or motor_behavior. 3) protocol now contains preparation, description; and references stimulus_nudge and link_experiment. 4) Expanded controlled vocabulary to represent elements that belong to recording_location, protocol, and stimulus_nudge. Structure  Vocabulary
Version 3 2006/09/28 Added analysis / algorithm definitions. Structure  Vocabulary
Version 2 2005/02/15 Subject moved out to separate model. Experiment now contains an entire submission. Structure  Vocabulary
